The project

The new Residenza alle Vigne is located in a green area in Comano, a few steps from Lugano and the main services such as the Civic Hospital of Lugano, the FFS train station and the Cornaredo sports centre. The motorway network is easily reachable via the nearby Vedeggio-Cassarate tunnel or through Savosa towards the Lugano Nord junction, avoiding the busiest roads.

The plot enjoys an open view over the gulf of Lugano and excellent sun exposure. All apartments face south-east, as do the terraces and balconies, ensuring ideal sunlight in every living space.
